Experience and Minimum Requirements
* All police advisors shall have a combined total of eight (8) years work experience with at least five (5) years experience in their relevant field (i.e., state, local, country and/or federal law enforcement service), including one or more of the following skills sets:
o Police training (basic, advanced, specialized)
o Police mentoring
o Specialized units (SWAT, riot control) training and assistance
o Community policing
