A leading UK based holistic security provider is looking for a Proven Sales Director to drive profitability through their UK sales team.
The role will consist of running a team of 10 BDM’s & Account Managers throughout the UK with a target of £20mil + pa. You will be working as an existing leader of a sales team, the successful candidate will be able to clearly demonstrate a successful track record in large (c£1M+), solutions led, B2B sales from within the professional services sector. You will be highly skilled in all sectors of the sales cycle including pro-actively managing new business development pipelines, tender preparation, presentations and client negotiations. You will possess excellent commercial acumen skills and be used to working with complex pricing models on multi-million pound bids.
