The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
• Appropriate military and or police qualifications and experience in a conflict zone, preferably in Afghanistan
• Significant previous experience in the management and provision of security to government and / or private sector organisations
• Must have strong management skills as well as proven experience in organizing and directing staff/team work and coordinating such activities to successful completion
• Must have the skill and ability to conduct and/or support sensitive investigations involving company personnel, assets and/or proprietary information
• Ability to thrive under pressure and balance many competing tasks at once
• Demonstrated people skills with a flexible and collaborative personal style
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Word
