Minimal Risk is now recruiting for a new contract beginning on the 1st May 2011. The venue is the Harewood Estate in Yorkshire and we will be providing security services in partnership with the Harewood Estate for the Harewood House Trust, a busy Museum, Stately Home and visitor attraction plus the nearby Yorkshire Television outdoor film sets. Cover is 24/7 shift work.
This role will suit Security Officers seeking long term employment on a richly varied and hi profile contract conducted in pleasant surroundings. Duties comprise of but are not limited to:
Control Room Monitoring: (CCTV, Radios, on site Alarms, Fire Panels, Key control)
Vehicle Patrols
Foot Patrols
Client & customer Liaison
Access Control
Special Events
Alarm response
Crisis and incident management
We are also seeking SIA licensed Security Officers to work on a part time basis filling in for leave rotations and providing supplementary security for special events.
Terms and Conditions, subject to contract, incumbent Security Officers are being transferred under TUPE arrangements:
48 hour week plus volunteer extra cover
28 days paid holiday per annum including Bank Holidays (pro rata for part time security officers)
Training provided in First Aid, CCTV Surveillance (SIA)
Uniform provided,
Full insurance cover
Corporate Pension plan
