Qualifications
Relevant university degree or higher education, preferably in social sciences or international development
Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience working in humanitarian/recovery/development context
Military or police training and experience, or formal security and programme access education
Documented experience in international operations on security and operational planning
Demonstrated ability to work under difficult conditions and a high degree of pressure
Proven experience in administration and team management
In country experience in cultural awareness, community – NGO relationships
Initiation & implementation of new programs
Experience in liaising with community and government authorities as well as with regional, national and international institutions
