Supervises and monitors the work of Security Guards assigned to his location/area. Prepares work schedules for the Guard under his control covering 24 hours. Participates in the screening of Security passes, compiles data for security reports. Ensures that the proper checking and surveillance activities are carried out. Guards all security measures are being observed in his operational area.
Education:
Completed 12 Years of certificated Secondary School education (GEC)
Certificate III Security Operations
Completed specialist courses in: Aviation/Offshore/Maritime Security (dependant on area of deployment)
Experience & Skills:
Minimum 4 years experience in security guarding, with 2 of these at a supervisory level
Computer Literate in Microsoft Office, Email & Internet
Good supervisory, motivational &, interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of operational practices (on and off-shore) within the petrochemical industry is mandatory
