Requirement Note:
· Should have at least a minimum of five years of experience in a state, federal, local, or private correctional agency (adult or juvenile), two years of which at the supervisory level.
· College degree preferred.
· Demonstrated experience conducting assessment processes, preparing administrative program documents and records (i.e., program reports), working with nationals and internationals, and organizing and conducting training, meetings, and events.
· Strong organizational and communication skills, proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to manage projects of varying sizes, scopes, complexity.
· Strong problem solving ability, innovative and eager to explore new methods and technologies. Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
