Seeking professional, outgoing, positive individual to be a part of a team responsible for the safety and security of a private estate in Florida.
Responsibilities:
•Patrol property, monitor video surveillance and alarm systems to identify and prevent security and safety incidents
•Respond to the needs of residents/family and guests
•Answer Estate phones, direct calls and take messages
•Control employee and visitor access to the residence and grounds
•Control vehicular access and parking
•Provide emergency medical assistance, when appropriate
•Prepare incident reports and other security records
•Screen mail and other deliveries to the residence
•Comply with all procedures, both written and verbal
•Driving of principal and family members
•Maintain principal’s motor vehicles
•All other duties as assigned........
