Control Risks is currently seeking a Security Consultant for a contract position with a client.
Location: Columbia
The Security Consultant will provide comprehensive security services, including risk assessment, site security reviews, development and implementation of security policies and plans and participation in crisis management exercises, as requested.
The security consultant will have the following roles and responsibilities:
Conduct security reviews of client’s facilities and operations in Latin America
Conduct risk assessments of designated facilities and offices
Develop and implement a comprehensive security program to ensure the overall safety of client staff
Coordinate counter surveillance teams
Obtain up to date travel security information
Executive protection as required
Coordinate venue security as necessary
Management, training and administration of any designated ancillary security workforce
Assess the threat to the plant, staff and management, and attempting to identify the source of the threat
Skills and experience:
• Extensive experience working in the security industry
• Deep understanding of Security Risk Management methodologies
• English and Spanish language
• Experience of living/working in Latin America
• CPP or PSP certification preferred .
