Basic Functions:
Plan, coordinate, organize and conduct law enforcement and internal security training and educational programs for ANP and MoI personnel. Develop training lesson plans, guides and training aids. Write training manuals. Prepare instructional guides, examinations, troubleshooting techniques and other training session support materials. Develop training goals, objectives and requirements. Develop participant qualification requirements. Identify and develop solutions to training problem areas. Develop manpower requirements and qualifications for staffing training projects. Determine training facility equipment requirements and identifies and schedules appropriate training facilities.

Required:
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
� Support the development of TTPs with regard to unit integration and coordination.
� Support the development of training plans and training scenarios for collective training, individual training, and leader development.
� Provide assignments as to the scope and objectives of training program
� Provide analysis, assessments, and recommendations to Director in planning and accomplishing the training mission.
� Develop long range plans and schedules for joint and service exercises.
� Supports with analysis of police operations.
� Operates training facilities and training conferences
� Researches and analyzes various publications and documents in order to obtain necessary information for preparation of training session curriculum and lesson guides.
� Conducts and presents training session curriculum. Instructs participants in the specific subject area utilizing training techniques such as lectures, role playing exercises, individual coaching, demonstrations, and workshops.
� Evaluates effectiveness of programs and employee progress. Recommends changes in methods and procedures.
� Ensures that all assigned projects adhere to accepted professional standards and applicable quality assurance requirements.
Requirements:
� Active SECRET clearance required
� Former police/military police company grade officer or non-commissioned officer with training/operational experience�preferably ground combat experience within the past five years.
� Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and common office software applications is required.
� Excellent oral and written English communication skills with the ability to communicate complex regional socio-cultural concepts.
� Ability to collaborate with others in developing training plans.
� Ability to interact and engage the US Government customers on a daily basis, responding to USG on-site tasking and direction.
Preferred:
- Bachelor�s degree with recent experience in military operational planning is strongly preferred.
- Ground combat experience within the last five (5) years is strongly preferred.
