REQUIREMENTS:
-10+ years as a Military Intelligence Analyst.
-PROFICIENT Experience Managing Multi-Source Intelligence Collection (SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, MASINT).
-Must have solid understanding of the multiple sensors from the intelligence disciplines (SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, CI, MASINT) to collect intelligence.
-MUST have Military deployment to AFG or Iraq within last 3-5 years or have been in direct support.
-Must have tactical or operational experience.
-Must have proficient experience with Intelligence related software which may include SharePoint, ASAS-L, Analyst Notebook, MFWS, TED Browser, ArcGIS, Falcon View.
-Solid understanding of National, DoD and Service collection platform capabilities.
PREFERENCE GIVEN:
PREFER experience with Counter-IED analysis/ targeting.
PREFER Experience with DCGS-A and CIDNE software.
-Proficient with collection management planning, synchronization, execution and assessment preferred.
-Previous coalition/Joint assignments are preferred.
-Knowledge of communication and dissemination architectures is desired.
-Candidates with tactical ground and air sensor operations and management experience are preferred.
-shall possess strong briefing skills and be capable of effective communication in the accomplishment of collection management reporting and requirements.
Intelligence Collection Manager
Functions as a part of an intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts in support of customer's analytical requirements. The CM shall be responsible for coordinating all C-IED Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) collection requirements and ensures all intelligence data is properly disseminated within the supported command/organization.
The CM develops, maintains and updates collection plans based on the supported Commander's Priority Intelligence Requirements prioritized in support of C-IED specific targets. The CM monitors a wide range of available organic and non-organic (organic sensors are assigned/attached to the supported command/organization; non-organic belong to other commands/organizations) collection systems for new nominated requirements, then validates and distributes them as required. The CM prepares ISR assessment metrics of IMINT, SIGINT and HUMINT products to gauge the effectiveness of collection operations.
The CM interfaces with higher, lateral and subordinate commands/organizations' Collection and Requirements Managers including entities to answer intelligence related RFIs and de-conflict or collaborate on AOR C-IED requirements and reporting. The CM conducts presentations and briefings when required.

3. CURRENT Passport required. Must be current for entire deployment period plus 30 days.
4. Social Security Card or other Federal ID.
5. Valid US Driver's license (with photo)
6. Armed Forces Identification Card (DD Form 1173) will be issued at CRC.
ID Cards must be valid for the duration of the deployment plus 30 days!
