IMMEDIATE NEED - Investigator: Security Vetting - Afghanistan
RONCO Consulting Corporation has immediate and ongoing opportunities for experienced investigators to support overseas operations in Afghanistan. As part of a comprehensive security vetting program, you will perform in-depth investigative interviews and follow up reporting on all prospective candidates for hire at a US military installation.

Qualifications:
Minimum of three years field experience as an investigator in military/ counter intelligence, human intel, or special operations field
School-trained CI Specialist/Officer
School-trained HUMINT Specialist/Officer
ASOT-trained Special Operations Specialist/Officer
Fluency in English required (spoken, written, translation, briefing)
Proficiency in one or more of the following as a secondary language is highly desirable:
Dari
Pashto
Turkish
Russian
urdu
Hindi
Farsi
Arabic
Thai
Self reliant and able to work independently, or as part of a multi-cultural team
Cultural awareness, sensitivity, and responsiveness to local environments
Computer literate
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Operational experience in the use of translator
Experience working in developing countries in remote locations, austere living conditions, and challenging environments
Must be able to deploy overseas for extended periods
Exposure to terminology in related subject matter
Prior work experience in an international security or peacekeeping organization desired
These positions are located on a working US military installation with security restrictions. The working environment is remote, confined and isolated, and travel in the local area is very limited. This is an unaccompanied overseas position; families are NOT allowed to accompany employee to the remote worksite.
May be subject to undergo a U.S. background investigation.
