Qualifications
Requirements: 1. College diploma or above; five (5) years of security experience or military/law enforcement experience. 2. CPR/First aid and AED certified and Executive Protection Trained. 3. Experienced in the international Executive Protective operation. 4. Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English. 5. Must have a valid driver's license and have the legal right to work in Singapore. 6. Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process. 7. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and being able to develop strong relationships across multiple time zones. 8. Ability to implement changes to operations and external/internal environment. 9. Ability to solve complex problems and carry out responsibilities with little or no supervision. 10. Maintation functional physically fit and mentally sensitive for the operation needs.

Role Summary
The Executive Protection specialist is responsible for the planning, preparation and implementation of Executive Protection programs for ByteDance based in Singapore. This is a critical role which ensures ByteDance executive leaders have adequate protection for their business and personal lives commensurate with their position and the security threats they face. The Executive Protection Specialist must possess necessary skills to establish trust and confidence with the executives, their respective staff and be sensitive to business etiquette and corporate culture. The Executive Protection specialist must be a dynamic, experienced operator to deliver the physical security elements of ByteDance's Executive Protection program. Role Responsibilities 1. Provide dynamic close protection support, including security driving, for ByteDance executives as required. 2. Implement and support the Bytedance Executive Protection Program. 3. Provide limited-notice Executive Protection support (including travel) to all destinations globally. 4. Conduct risk assessments and security advances in preparation for protection operations. 5. Understand executive protection industry and be able to implement protective best practices. 6. Design and develop related EP programs and trainings as required. 7. Perform executive protection related administrative tasks as assigned. 8. Be familiar with and comply with applicable laws and regulations. 9. Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical, and professional manner.
