We are looking for a reliable Security Manager to ensure everyone in the company complies with health and safety laws and according to security rules. The candidate will also be responsible for establishingbpolicies that will create and maintain secure and safe workplace.
Your Responsibilites include:
To provide strategic security delivery across all Security related activities within the North East Cluster delivering impeccable customer service,innovation and cost effeciencies.
Management of security equipment capabilities (CCTV,ACS,IDS etc.) ensuring existing equipment is maintained to the highest standards and future innovations are researched and included in ongoing business cases,knowledge of TAPA FSR requirements.
To implement and maintain business improvements and process improvement into all areas of Security activity across the North East Cluster.
Lead investigation efforts to ensure that all incidents or losses are thoroughly and professionally investigated, that the causes are indetified, that appropriate action to identify the suspect(s) is taken and that the corrective measures are implemented to minimize and prevent a recurrence.
Support,train and advise DBS staff in all matters pertaining to security awareness , policies , procedures,precautions,investigations and other related security matters.
Crisis management.
Risk assement and mitigation,related to company assets and facilities.
Your Profile:
Minimum of 5years experience in a high profile Security & Safety environment.
Knowledge of public safety and security.
Exceptional client and customer relationship management skills.
Knowledge of teaching and the ability ton design courses
Leadership skills.
Excellent communication,influence and facilitation skills.
Good health and safety knowledge and experience.
English language- fluent communication level.
Willingness to frequent business trips.
