Duty Rotation
9 weeks on, 3 weeks off, subject to operational requirements.
Required Skills
Minimum 8 years military or police experience or 10 years in a civilian security organisation
Experience managing a 24/7 guard force consisting of foreign nationals
Experience compiling comprehensive guard orders and completing detailed incident reports
Experience delivering continuation training for all static guard staff
Must hold in date FPOSi or MIRA qualification
Attended and passed a recognized Close Protection course
Hold a driving license at category B (UK car license) or above
Completed NRA RCO course
Hold teaching/training qualification
Excellent interpersonal skills; flexible, discreet, diplomatic
Physically able to perform all general duties, functions and activities.
Duties of Role
Manage the African guard force
Deliver continuation training for same
Provide reports and returns as per the RMT requests
Deliver compound orientation briefs for residents and visitors as required
Liaise directly with RMT and the Camp Manager on daily issues concerning the safety and security within the compoundgement teams and RMT positions
