Posdition Summary:
Provides management and oversight of all Task Order Supply related functions in support of LOGCAP V; specific activities include but aren’t limited to: Supply Support Activity, Central Issue Facility, Installation Property Management, SSSC, and Class I. Serves as a key customer contact for program activities. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Ensures contract personnel, to include
subcontractors, are trained, qualified and certified as may be needed to perform the requirements of the contract in an efficient, safe and cost-effective manner under the requirements specified in individual sections of the LOGCAP Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Provides cost, schedule, and technical performance guidance to ensure successful completion of program objectives. (40")
Coordinates with Customer and Task Order Leadership. (25")

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, peers, and other stakeholders as required. (15")
Performs other duties and assignments as required. (5")
MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED:
Computer, cell phone, vehicle and other office equipment
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Duties will involve the conduct of work in the outdoors with a potential exposure to extreme climatic conditions including frequent dust storms, and high temperatures; up to 130F degrees in the summer months, as well as extreme cold areas of the world such as the Korean peninsula. Potential exposure to chemical or biological agents could exist. Employee use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in certain areas is required. Such PPE includes but is not limited to head, foot, hand, torso, respiratory, vision and hearing protective devices.
Applicants should be aware that this position involves possible travel to a potentially dangerous environment. Applicant must be able to meet strict physical fitness requirements defined by the Government Program Office and will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE-ex: Kevlar helmet, body armor, etc). Activities will be generally conducted outdoors or in a warehouse environment. Duties will involve potential exposure to extreme climatic conditions including extreme ambient temperatures.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
Work related activities may require use of Personal Protective Equipment including but not limited to head, foot, hand, torso, respiratory, vision and hearing protective devices. Compliance required with OSHA, EPA, Fire Regulations and Company work policies.
MANDATORY JOB QUALIFICATIONS for Vectrus LOGCAP positions:
As a precondition to charge more than 50" of their time to LOGCAP, must be able, willing and ready to deploy to domestic and international locations, including on a temporary basis and / or as a member of the Vectrus Rapid Deployment Team (RDT). These locations can include austere, remote, and hazardous areas where Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Associates Degree required
Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-A) Warehouse Certification Required
Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-A) Property Book Officer / Manager Certification Required
Experience:
Required: Ten years of related work experience. Minimum of 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Skills:
Excellent computer, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
SUPERVISORY/BUDGET RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide broad guidance and direction to subordinate personnel at multiple locations throughout the task order.
