Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Regional Security Director, EMEA (Europe Middle East and Africa) based in Dubai to join our Security Services team.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Regional Security Director, EMEA will provide the vision, direction and leadership in the formulation and achievement of EMEA strategies and objectives. This includes leading a growing team of diverse security professionals across the region to drive excellence in service delivery, localisation and expanded capabilities and seizing market opportunities in support of local business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the growth of the security business in the region through a focus on quality of service delivery and support to sales and marketing efforts

Provide effective leadership and drive Security Services vision within the region

Contribute to the overall direction of Security Services and actively contribute to the development of Security Services strategy

Acting as a key representative for the region, build strong networks with the key internal stakeholders to spot and capitalize on opportunities


Qualifications

Leadership and management experience

Demonstrated record of strong business and commercial acumen

International security experience (operational and intelligence)

Knowledge and experience of the challenges of operating in EMEA is preferred

Excellent networking skills - thrives in operating within a broad matrix organisation and using influencing skills to drive outcomes and keeping virtual team members fully engaged
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
