Reports to: Staff Captain, Captain
Direct reports: Security Officers and Security Guards
- The Lead Security Officer is the person in charge of all aspects of security onboard the cruise vessel and in the area around the ship when in port.
- Leads the training and development of security officers and guards by observation, instruction and coaching Requirements:
- Relevant investigative skills
- Military/Police background plus experience in maritime security
- experience as a Security Officer onboard a passenger vessel
- Leadership skills
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
