Main duties:
Security management systems
• Develop, implement and monitor all procedures, process, work instructions related to security of company.
• Keep track, report and recommend solutions to management board to ensure and enhance security standard.
• Review current security systems and assets to ensure company’s security standard in place.
• Report, investigate and track all incidents together with corrective and preventive actions.
Contractor management
• Review contract with sub-contractors and ensure all security regulations be fully conformed.
Training and coaching
• Develop plan and conduct training/coaching to employees and security staffs for their awareness, technical knowledge and compliance.

Requirements:
• University degree.
• At least 5 year working experience in Health and Safety area with high passionate in Security. Working in multinational company is an advantage.
• Result-oriented, high commitment and compliance, consultative, willing to learn.
• Good communication skill (Vietnamese and English), problem solving, manage execution.
