Primary Purpose Of Job
Plans and implements all operational/ administrative activities and deployment of security resources (i.e. manpower, equipment & systems).Â
To supervise all guard personnel assigned during the shift, to ensure that the security integrity of the facility is maintained.
Experience & Skills
Minimum (8) years of security guarding experience, with atleast four years in supervisory level (large operational workforce).Â
Work experience in security operations is mandatory. Â
In possession of a valid drivers license.Â
Developed security policies and procedures.Â
Military experience is prefered.Â
Must have a good knowledge and background on electronic security systems and an administrative capability.Â
Proven ability to organize, motivate and supervise multi-discipline teams.Â
Computer literate with strong knowledge of computer based programs MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Education
An accredited Diploma in security management.
