Close Protection Operative For UHNW Clients , Europe

Location:  Oxfordshire, United Kingdom, Europe
Salary: £51,000  -  £55,000 per annum


Our clients are seeking a CPO that will predominantly be working in Oxfordshire with frequent travel to London and overseas travel during set periods of the year.

Tasks and responsibilities:
Close protection duties
Provide close protection services to the client’s child.
Provide close protection for the clients at business and other events.
Security driving for the clients to ensure safe and secure transportation.
Provide Close Protection on family outings throughout the UK. Overseas travel will be on a rotation basis,
living with the clients, providing residential security and assisting the principal as directed.
No permanent live in accommodation provided, unless providing overnight security tasks or when travelling with clients.
Conduct reconnaissance and threat assessment audits of all business and event locations to be visited by the clients.
Provide route reconnaissance and disseminate information to the team on potential routes to be used by the clients.
Residential security coverage
Provide on-site security of properties to include the supervision of on-site contractors, Key holding, and alarm response.
Uphold security and access control procedures ensuring security and safety of the property.

Required Skills/ Qualifications:
You are physically fit.
Minimum of 5 years military experience.
Valid SIA close protection licence.
Valid UK driving licence and Passport.
Current in date FPOS Intermediate qualification.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team or as an individual.
Excellent organisational skills and an ability to adapt to constantly changing needs.
Professionalism, confidentiality, discretion and situational sensitivity are a must.

Desired Skills/ Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Oxfordshire and London.
Close protection experience (supported by course qualification).
Working experience in a similar role.

You will be self-employed and paid an annual salary of £51,000 p.a. After the probation period the salary will be £55,000 per annum with 6 weeks paid holiday. UK rotation will vary between 6-8 days on and 2 days off. You will receive a minimum 11 days off per month which includes two weekends per month. There are team/individual performance related bonuses. Full package details will be discussed at interview.
