Responsibilities:
A. Assists the OM in providing leadership, management, and direction for task order security
personnel (PRS or guard).
B. Manages all aspects of planning, scheduling, organizing, and assessing performance of
assigned security personnel (PRS or guard).
C. Ensures that all task order security personnel abide by the contract mandated standards of
conduct as described in SOW – Attachment 4, Standards of Conduct.
D. On a short-term basis, and only in the absence of the OM or other OM qualified personnel,
may assume the on-site role and responsibilities of the OM in an acting capacity.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
A. Must be a US citizen.
B. Possession of level three (3) language proficiency in the language(s) of the task order labor
force is preferred.
C. Must possess either:
1. A Master’s degree from an accredited institution and four (4) years of applicable work
experience
a. A minimum of three (3) years of this experience must have been work in planning,
evaluating, analyzing, and implementing government security-type programs,
specifically personal protection, emergency response team, or guard force.
b. A minimum of one (1) year of this experience must have been protective security
experience under WPS II or any of its predecessor contracts (i.e., WPS, WPPS, or
WPPS II).
c. A minimum of one (1) year of this experience must have been supervisory
experience.
2. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and seven (7) years of applicable
work experience
a. A minimum of five (5) years of this experience must have been work in planning,
evaluating, analyzing, and implementing government security-type programs,
specifically personal protection, emergency response team, or guard force.
b. A minimum of one (1) year of this experience must have been protective security
experience under WPS II or any of its predecessor contracts (i.e., WPS, WPPS, or
WPPS II).
c. A minimum of two (2) years of this experience must have been supervisory
experience.
3. An Associate’s degree and ten (10) years of applicable work experience.
a. A minimum of seven (7) years of this experience must have been work in planning,
evaluating, analyzing, and implementing government security-type programs,
specifically personal protection, emergency response team, or guard force.
b. A minimum of one (1) year of this experience must have been protective security
experience under WPS II or any of its predecessor contracts (i.e., WPS, WPPS, or
WPPS II).
c. A minimum of three (3) years of this experience must have been supervisory
experience.
D. Experience may be gained in the employ of any national, state, provincial, local, or
commercial entities providing armed high threat protective services that require similar skills.
