Radisson Blu Hotel & Park Inn by Radisson Abu Dhabi Yas Island offers a great opportunity for a young, dynamic, motivated individual to take on the position of “Security Supervisor”.
The primary objective of this role is to execute all aspects of the position in Security Department within the assigned section, to carry out all assignments in a good, safe and speedy methods/manner and meet the hotel standards.
As a security supervisor you are responsible for ensuring the Fire Life and Safety procedures are followed in day to day operation and all Hotel premises are fully monitored. Operate equipment using procedures learnt during trainings to company standards. To report any equipment failures or problems to the Maintenance Department. Demonstrate an understanding and an awareness of all policies and procedures related to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety. To be vigilant in the workplace and report any signs of fire related issues. Familiarize yourself with emergency and evacuation procedures. Ensure all security incidents, accidents and near misses are always logged in a timely manner and brought to the attention of the line manager. To attend all mandatory training sessions selected by the Hotel’s Training Department.
In this position, a good command of the English language is essential and minimum of 1 year of experience in the similar position within 4 or 5 star hotel will be to an advantage. Selected candidate must demonstrate professional “Yes I Can” attitude, be approachable and be used to work with a flexible schedule.
