Job Description
This position will oversee the training function for the major client across their UAE organisation. As the Master Trainer you will be responsible for the scheduling and delivery of range control systems training as we roll out software control packages across 30+ sites. Required to work with existing software development teams based overseas. Assist in the OSAT & handover upon completion of the training course. Will also be responsible for working with the Training Development Manager to developing formal qualification certification for trained personnel.
Skills :
A minimum 5 years' experience in a training role preferably gained in a military or IT environment
Experience in creating a range of learning materials and initiatives including face to face
Skill base required:
Co-ordinate with the key Project Managers to develop, schedule and deliver training to the client;
Experience in design and develop training courses, create and amend training manuals and other training resources;
Liaise with the client on training to be delivered, training schedule and outcomes of training delivered;
Experience in liaising with key groups regarding staff training needs;
Extensive experience with development and deployment of IT projects;
Ability to capture and identify solutions that address system knowledge gaps;
Strong technical aptitude;
Positive and friendly attitude with a strong client service ethic;
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
Proven ability to assess and improve training effectiveness;
Must hold current driver’s license and passport.
