• Maintaining the safety and well being of all guests and colleagues making sure they cause no harm to themselves and others due to unsafe conditions or unsafe acts.
• Supervising the Security Officers thru checking their location separately and ask for their concerns
• Making sure of proper communication network is established between all securities, in case of emergency
• Checking of Security Control Room, all register books, CCTV, Walkie talkie on a daily basis
• Making sure that CCTV are always operational and providing satisfactory footages
• Informing Engineering of any repairs needed and write a maintenance report
• Attending to all incidents and completion of documentation thru incident report preparation
• Ensuring that all allegations of crimes or other incident are investigated and recorded
• Reporting the theft cases, colleagues irregularities to the rules and regulation set out as per the policy of the hotel
Qualifications
• Must have minimum 2 years related experience preferably in a five star hotel
• Good command of English plus good Interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to handle multi tasks and to think beyond the immediate perceived requirement of the guests
