Security Manager

We are looking for a dedicated professional to deliver, coordinate, manage and further improve our Security department and the overall field of expertise in Tetra Pak.
You work independently and perform activities to improve the development and progress by making strategic plans but also prompt tangible actions.
Furthermore you follow the latest development and trends and benchmark within the field of security in order to keep up the highest standards now and in the future.
You will manage and develop a team of skilled professionals and have an important role to successfully deliver and coordinate activities and KPI:s. You will have possibilities to influence and contribute with your skills since
the role offers varied tasks and internal as well as external contacts.
The team in Lund consists of three functions working as direct reports to you and in addition outsourced functions as well.


The position will be based in Lund and you are reporting to the Managing Director, AB Tetra Pak.


Main responsibilities

Communication and counselling cross functional within the area of expertise
Monitor and secure compliance of internal policies, procedures & guidelines in alignment with Swedish Law.
Drive, develop and coordinate activities within Physical security, Fire safety, Travel safety, Information security and Crisis Management
Perform risk analysis and audits of company compliance regarding security policies, procedures & guidelines
Implement and monitor trainings and awareness activities
Budget responsibility and follow up on KPI:s

Qualifications
 
You have several years of work experience within a security role and the capability to control areas such as:
Crisis Management
Physical security
Information Security, Policy and Rules
Compliance checking of the Security & Rules
Business Impact Assessments and Risk Assessments
Security and Third Party Suppliers

We hope that you possess a degree, or similar in law, security or risk management, business administration and/or other relevant areas.

In order to succeed in the role you need to take initiatives and drive your own agenda considering the balance with working in a team to achieve common goals. You possess the ability to process and interpret information, predict consequences, establish conclusions and detect patterns navigating with integrity, trust and credibility.


Excellent communications skills both in Swedish and English will be required.
