Overview:

B3H Corporation is seeking qualified personnel to augment flying squadrons in the areas of operational flight scheduling, training flight scheduling, training, standardization/evaluation, unit deployment management, mission planning, unit training management, unit security and information assurance, and unit programs coordination. Positions will support units of the 432d Wing located at Creech AFB, NV and Whiteman AFB, MO. The 432 WG is a remotely piloted aircraft (RPA) wing, providing all operations, logistics, and support aspects of MQ-1 Predator, MQ-9 Reaper, and RQ-170 RPA training and employment. The operational and maintenance squadrons focus on Predator and Reaper operations. RPAs are currently being flown by pilots and sensor operators based in the Continental United States (CONUS) to provide support to contingency operations worldwide, as well as providing MQ-1/-9 and RQ-170 training.


Responsibilities:

The Mission Planning Cell creates detailed mission products with a variety of operational and intelligence information for aircrews flying combat missions in Creech & Whiteman AFB operational squadrons. Members of the Intelligence Assessment and Support Cell should be prepared to provide shift work in a 24x7 environment.
Process taskings at classification levels up to Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) from the 432d Wing Operations Center, Combined Operations Center, and higher headquarters
Conduct initial mission planning upon notice of tasking from higher headquarters and prepare/coordinate mission-related documents for classified MQ-1 Predator and/or MQ-9 Reaper combat missions
Convert taskings into mission briefings and paperwork packages IAW local instructions
Prepare/coordinate mission-related documents, briefings, and other related products based on taskings for classified MQ-1 Predator and/or MQ-9 Reaper combat missions from various intelligence sources at the secret and Top Secret level, such as Intelink and DGCS databases
Interface with aircrew and mission intelligence coordinators (MICs), Ground Liaison Officers (GLOs) and supported units to provide real-time informational support to ongoing combat missions (missions that the Intelligence Assessment and Support Cell briefed/planned) as required
Liaise with the unit’s customers to provide aircrew real-time updates on the supported unit’s composition, location, objectives, and anything else to bridge the gap between home station and the AOR
Collect pertinent information during and after mission execution for tracking and trend analysis purposes, and provides recommendations to squadron/group leadership
Follow-up on the collection of data when inaccurate or incomplete. Be able to e-mail, call or track down aircrew when required to accomplish this goal
Maintain the (ATLAS) unit database to track individual, crew, flight and squadron mission results. (20 RS)
Investigate enemy and blue force intelligence Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) and brief crews in order to increase their situational awareness during combat operations
Interface with unit schedulers and operations supervisors to resolve crew and system shortages/conflicts when required
Prepare briefing slides for the Commander and Director of Operations or their designated representative for a daily WAR briefing
Update Commander and Director of Operations on daily mission accomplishments via hardcopy binder. This update may include a statistical update of the squadron’s mission achievements (i.e. hours flown, weapons employed, etc.).

Qualifications:
Minimum of four (4) years of experience working in/with the military
Two (2) years of experience working with geospatial situational awareness applications (i.e. FalconView, Google Earth, Zeus)
Two (2) years of experience working with TS/SCI networks
Experience working with Microsoft applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access databases, Microsoft SharePoint)

1) Three (3) years of experience in a DoD flying squadron’s mission planning cell
OR
2) Four (4) years of DoD intelligence experience as an intelligence specialist or in an intelligence unit

Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mission Intelligence Coordinator or Mission Support Analyst or DGS Analyst

Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a 14N/1N0X1 Instructor/Evaluator (desired)
Deployment experience of at least 90 days in a combat zone (desired)
