Required Skills:

•Must be Arabic speaking
•Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a corporate security environment.
•Law enforcement, intelligence or military background and training, with a focus on operations, is a plus.
•English communication, presentation and writing skills are a must.
•College degree in Criminal Justice, Security, Law or related field is preferred.
•Supervisory experience within the corporate security arena for a global corporation is preferred.
•In country travel is required.

• Ability to build and train effective teams

Corporate Security Manager Job Description

The Corporate Security Manager will be required to supervise and coordinate the activities of the clients Corporate Physical Security Program in all facilities operating across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Position requirements will include the management of all security man guards assigned to all facilities with particular attention to third party personnel, physical security audits, security trainings, security emergency and crisis management and travel security. The Corporate Security Supervisor will report to the Regional Security Manager and will be the point of liaison with all business leaders in country for all physical security program activities.

Responsibilities:
•Promote the client`s physical security program in country and build a security culture that improves employee satisfaction and enforce overall asset protection program.
•Establish and maintain guidelines and programs to improve the company access control and loss prevention programs.
•Establish layers of protection to improve access control procedures and the protection of critical company assets.
•Demonstrate good communication skills by sending complete, clear and concise reports and other written materials in a timely manner.
•Organizes and direct the activities of on-site security staff and ensures their actions comply with company physical security guidelines, policies and legal and regulatory requirements.
•Perform security risk assessments and surveys based on vulnerability criteria to determine appropriate levels of protection needed to secure the clients employees, assets, sites and facilities.
•Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with all in country management teams, customers, stakeholders, peers and law enforcement agencies.
•Maintain updated records of all sites surveys, walk throughs and risk assessment reports.
•Report and investigate all security incidents timely to identify root causes and develop preventive measures for non-occurrence.
•Supervise the performance of the security guard force across all facilities and be the focal point for all day to day operation requirements. Performance management include such activities of attendance, performance measurement against defined / written job description post orders, retention of personnel, training and skill development of the work force.
•Develop security drills to improve the overall security program and to identify gaps and address improvement needs.
•Enforce the clients emergency and crisis management protocols by being the country level crisis management coordinator.
•Provide expatriates security training to all existing and new coming foreign employees.
•Conduct travel security assessments and provide mitigation strategies for ground travel conditions, hotels and accommodations for staff and families.
•Coordinate crisis management efforts should a serious, immediate risk be identified against the company assets or employees.
•Liaise with Finance regarding the monthly payments of security vendors for any applicable deductions.
•Liaise with IT to review and monitor the security systems’ gaps and vulnerabilities to ensure all security systems are fitted for the purpose designed.
•Liaise with IT to follow up on all security systems maintenance needs and contracts.
