The Area Security Manager provides assurance to the Regional Security Manager that Henkel´s people, brands, reputation, information and other company assets are properly protected against all real or perceived threats in the Mexico Region.

Security Management: implementation of security frameworks. Negociation of service agreements with security providers Regional Threat Management: Adjustment of risk mitigation based on assessment of security risk in aligment with regional security manager. Travel Security: Mitigation of potential threats to Henkel travelers and expats in the area and emergency support Crisis Management: Training of Country Crisis Management teams in the area and crisis response. Physical Security : Recommendation of Physical Security improvements based on site security assessments. Executive and Event Protection: Support of the global Executive & Event protection team and the Regional Security Manager in the area Information Security: Promotion of Information Security (non digital) in the area. Intelligence: Performance of Investigations in line with compliance requirements Investigation: Performance of Investigations in the line with compliance requirements Security Awarness : Promotion of security awareness.

Bachelors Degree 8 years Experience in Security Management English Advance Certifications in PSP CPP
