Job Description
Command and Control of Pulau Bukom Auxiliary Police Force (PBAPF) as 2nd In Charge
Functionally responsible for proper applications of Bukom’s security protection system.
To be the direct Supervisor-In-Charge of the Security Pass Office.
Site’s custodian for Security Incident Reporting.
Carry out security and disciplinary investigations.
Contract security guard agency management.
Prepare, rehearse and implement security contingency plans.
Support the Site in Bukom Continuity Plans (BCPs), especially on Pandemic, Haze response plans and others where security is essential.
Assist to manage the budget for the operations of the Force.
Lead at site HSSE activities, promoting awareness and compliance.
Assist in enforcing and maintaining the Port Facility Security Plan (PFSP) under the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code with Marine and be certified as an Alternate Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO).
Lead, plan and participate in necessary Site audits and reviews that has a security component.
Responsible for the development of the Security Management System, continue to ensure the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the Security Management System including compliance with the Group’s HSSE framework requirements.
Manage HSE matters for the force as any other critical business activity and promote HSE culture by demonstrating visible leadership and commitment for the subordinates.
To perform any other task as directed by Overall In Charge (OIC) PBAPFAccountabilities
Reports to OIC PBAPF
2nd overall in-charge of PBAPF and Security matters on Shell Pulau Bukom Manufacturing Site
Ensure PBAPF meets all the annual KPIs set by the Police Licensing and Regulatory Department (PLRD)
Support PBAPF in the annual PLRD Regulatory Audits
Compliance under the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act and Port-Master’s security regulations
Site’s compliance to the Group HSSE Framework and Group Security Standards
As an alternate PFSO to ensure site compliance under the ISPS Code

Requirements
Preferably with 5 years of “Good” service work experience as a Senior Police Officer or Auxiliary Senior Police Officer or Senior Police Officer in the Volunteer Special Constabulary or Police National Service Inspectors
Minimum educational qualification for Auxiliary Police Officer(APO) of the rank of Auxiliary Police Inspector and above shall be GCE ‘A’ Level, Polytechnic Diploma or their equivalent. Officers who do not possess the qualifications, but have risen through the ranks to an Officer, will be considered even if they do not have the educational qualifications;
Candidates with extensive leadership experience in groups or committees will also be considered.
Possess Class 3 driving license
Must be medically and mentally fit
Good vision (correctable with spectacles) and no color blindness
Minimum height/weight: male - 1.62m/54kg and female – 1.57m/45kg
Must be physically fit to pass the APF Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT)
Singapore Citizen
Successful candidate(s) is/are required to do physical/health/medical/credit assessment upon confirmation
