Job Introduction:

Including but not limited to the following key tasks, as directed by and/or in consultation with the G4S RC Project Manager , POC Training and/or POC Mentoring
To act as a translation medium between G4S RC and Project Staff.
To act as a translation medium for all related G4S RC training and mentoring activities at the KWI
To assist G4S RC administration team with assigned tasking related to training and/or mentoring activities at KWI
Ensure G4S Standards of Excellence are being delivered
Report/record any absenteeism of students/staff
Provide effective two way communication within the training and mentoring teams so as to encourage feedback and promote improvements in efficiency, effectiveness and customer service
Ensure that G4S Health and Safety Standards are observed and reported upon when required
Ensure mandatory safety and security related checks are carried out and areas of concern are addressed as required
Undertake any additional duties as may be required

Role Responsibility:
To translate all operational / training / mentoring/ admin tasks from Arabic to English and English to Arabic

To report operational information to the Management.

To act as a liaison between the Project employees and staff and the G4S RC PM /POC Training and POC Mentoring (And their associated representatives)

To assist with the achievement of the contract objectives, underpinned by G4S policies, systems and standards that are compatible with G4S Risk Consulting and the wider G4S, ensuring that compliance, audit and governance requirements are set and achieved.

Conduct all written and verbal translations as required by the PM, POC Training and POC Mentoring.

Attend meetings and provide translation as needed

Communicate with all relevant Kuwait departments at all levels to coordinate meetings, locations and agendas as required.

Provide PM with additional assistance to follow up documentation and invoicing with all the relevant departments as directed

The Ideal Candidate:

Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
Degree Level Educated or relevant professional certification and experience
Proven IT skills in all Microsoft Office programs (Gmail, Excel, Access, Word and Power Point).


Fluent in spoken/written/reading Arabic and excellent comprehension of the English language
Previous translation experience within the commercial security sector , military or police
Strong computer skills with proven ability in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in working in hostile environments is advantageous
Arabic language qualifications is desirable but not essential
