Job Summary:
The Security and Safety Concierge Officer, assigned to a specific client, will ensure the security and safety of the facility, property, and personnel. The Officer is responsible for the related training, procedures/policies, equipment, and reporting.

Essential Functions Include:
Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
Ensure all issues and incidents from outgoing shift are reported and any open action items transferred to the incoming Shift Supervisor;
Document in occurrence book.
Responsible for access management requirements during the shift period to ensure appropriate, approved, and authorized access is administered and monitored
Attend to and escalate assigned alarm systems as needed including alarm activation logs, in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
Conduct mandated patrols and system checks including issue logs and escalation to the Shift Supervisor in accordance with procedures and escalation matrices.
Support the client’s 1st response to any on site safety and security incidents in line with emergency response procedures and/or as directed by management;
Document and report all incidents.
Assist in the compilation and submission of all reports for the duty shift as required by management.
Support, as needed, the delivery of security and safety training to the night shift and weekend security personnel.
Assist with administrative and operational tasks for South East Asia region, as directed.
All other duties, as assigned.Minimum Hiring Standards:
Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.
Must have a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, which may include drug testing and a background investigation.
Must meet the country’s age requirements.
Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., email, cell phone).
Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
Must have the legal right to work in Indonesia.
Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with three to five years of security management experience.

Competencies (As Demonstrated Through Experience, Training, and/or Testing):
1st Aid and AED accreditation.
Knowledge and experience in fire detection, suppression, and alarm systems, medical emergency response procedures, and access management.
Proficient written and verbal English skills.
Nursing or paramedic experience, preferred.
Able to satisfy all mandatory training and accreditations, as required.
Serve as an effective team member.
Able to organize workload for effective implementation.
Able to interact effectively, both written and verbal, at all levels and across diverse cultures.
Willing to learn and able to take on new responsibilities and assignments.
Able to work under adverse and stressful conditions with little or no supervision.
Computer skills: Microsoft Office;
Able to write concise and detailed documents and table reports. Working Conditions (Physical/Mental Demands):
