This position is responsible for providing security and safety support to all business in Ukraine and EECA&MEA.
Main Responsibilities:
Support business management with physical security plans and projects;
Develop policies and programs to protect people and physical property;
Deliver relevant security training for staff at all sites/locations. In addition, provide awareness training to employees in general in order to enhance special situation preparedness and threat awareness;
Manager security service provide to ensure security and safety of both facilities and associates;
Issue travel security guidelines on a weekly basis to ensure associates safety;
Handle office facilities fire protection and workplace safety requirements (utilizing possibilities of the service outsourcing), including respective communication with fire protection, workplace security authorities on a local level;
Establish and ensure maintenance of premises entry/ exit security, assets security; maintain identification badges for the employees, records keeping;
Ensure employees work safety, fire protection; ensure compliance with local Safety regulations in regards to BU employees.
REQUIREMENTS:
Enthusiastic about coffee;
Master's degree (economist, finance, legal);
Excellent Communication and People management skills;
Investigative skills;
Ideally certificated knowledge of physical security technology and implementations;
Fluent English and Ukrainian, both written and oral;
Must possess experience in several areas of private / public security, manufacturing, distribution and corporate environments. In particular, must have knowledge of security operations, technical security applications, and investigations;
Functional experience 3+ years;
Project Management Skills;
FMCG Multinational Enterprise experience;
PC skills: MS Word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint..
