The U.S. Embassy has an immediate vacancy for a suitably qualified : Security Cooperation Program Assistant

The job holder serves as the Security Cooperation Program Assistant in the DAO section with responsibilities to administer the International Military Education & Training (IMET) program, Title-10 conference program and the Asia Pacific Center for Security Studies (APCSS) for Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu and multiple administrative capacities.

Minimum Requirements
Completion of Secondary School is required.
Minimum of five years military experience with a background in program management, accounting/finance, administration and logistics is required.
Level IV English ability (good working knowledge of both written and spoken English).
Demonstrated high standard of organizational skills and proven knowledge of computer abilities.

Salary: PGK67,878 to PGK89,378 p.a. plus benefits. Salary commensurate with experience. Please note that housing is not a condition of employment.
