The U.S. Embassy has an immediate vacancy for a suitably qualified : Security Cooperation Program Assistant
job holder serves as the Security Cooperation Program Assistant in the
DAO section with responsibilities to administer the International
Military Education & Training (IMET) program, Title-10 conference
program and the Asia Pacific Center for Security Studies (APCSS) for
Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu and multiple administrative
Completion of Secondary School is required.
of five years military experience with a background in program
management, accounting/finance, administration and logistics is
Level IV English ability (good working knowledge of both written and spoken English).
Demonstrated high standard of organizational skills and proven knowledge of computer abilities.
PGK67,878 to PGK89,378 p.a. plus benefits. Salary commensurate with
experience. Please note that housing is not a condition of employment.
