This position will be responsible for a variety of security-related and investigative functions, including internal investigations, security assessments, the development and implementation of security best practices, security consulting, and training. This position will act as a liaison with law enforcement officers and will assist the Corporate Security and Investigations Manager with program development and projects.


Relocation is not included.


Responsibilities

Conduct security investigations relating to fraud, data manipulation, theft, computer fraud, threats, property destruction and conflict of interest, and make appropriate recommendations to sustain strengths and eliminate weaknesses identified by investigations
Work in close collaboration with a variety of functions, including Business Management, Human Resources, Risk Management, Legal, Information Security, Facilities Management, Corporate Communications and Customer Service
Assist in the development, implementation and review of Security and Investigations Program processes and procedures
Prepare and disseminate written Security and Investigations Program guidance
Provide training in areas such as fraud detection and prevention, credit-card fraud, asset protection, investigations, personnel security, facilities security and workplace violence
Provide security assessments, site surveys and security-related consulting services
Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement and governmental counterparts at the local, state, and federal levels both domestically and internationally; as well as with corporate security counterparts at all levels
Interact with security equipment, services, and technology vendors and provide product and service assessments
Participate in process-improvement teams on a variety of issues
Carry out other duties as directed by management


Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Must have at least five years combined experience with a law enforcement agency in an investigative role or in the private sector in a corporate-security or risk-management role
Must not have any alcohol- or drug-related events within the last five years.
Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the last three years
Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint preferred
Apart from religious observations, must be able to work Monday-Friday 40 hours/work week or more depending on business need.
Salary range starting at $93,000; higher, commensurate with experience.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Strong knowledge of Odyssey systems preferred
Demonstrated success working with various business groups to achieve the goals of the business
Positive and optimistic attitude, team player and motivated to help the business achieve its goals
Track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
Must be analytical and comfortable working with data
Excellent communication skills to effectively integrate with key stakeholders within the company
