Job Description OCN Monitoring: Ensure personnel requiring escorts are monitored and physically and visually accounted for at all times.
Monitoring Program Management: The Contractor shall ensure personnel requiring escorts are monitored and physically and visually accounted for at all times with zero (0) discrepancies allowed. The Contractor shall meet all requirements described in AFCENTI 32-1002 LN/OCN-Escort Program and its AJAB supplement to ensure security is upheld to the highest standard. The Contractor shall maintain accountability of OCNs/Contractors and vehicles they are responsible for and relay this information and location to their Escort Control Center (ECC).
Counts: The Contractor shall accomplish a count of all OCNs upon receipt and periodically throughout the day. Accountability of OCNs and their vehicles shall be completed prior to departure at the Visitor Control Center (VCC). Escorts will make contact with the OCNs/Contractors at the VCC before they are processed for entry through the search area.
Rules: Prior to entering the Security Area, the Contractor shall ensure the OCN/Contractor rules are read and understood by all personnel-requiring escorts with zero (0) discrepancies allowed. The Contractor shall ensure OCNs/Contractors are escorted to secure parking or through the search pit if necessary with zero (0) discrepancies allowed. The search pit is mandatory for any OCN entering the installation with a vehicle.
As directed by management, may supervise employees or subcontractor personnel in accordance with the “General Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities” addendum.
Basic Job Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Position may be located in a war zone in a contingency environment with harsh, dangerous working and living conditions, which may include carrying and wearing required personal protective equipment for extended periods of time. To ensure compliance with safety, health and security requirements in the contract, employees will be literate in English (read, write, speak and understand).
Must possess the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language at the intermediate level as necessary to perform assigned job functions.
Requires computer skills and proficiency using email, Microsoft Office or specialized applications as necessary to perform assigned job functions.
Preferred Qualifications Prior escort experience on a military base.
Prior military experience.
