Key Responsibilities:
Provide supervisory guidance and support to all colleagues in the Security Department
Create a safe and secure environment for all guests and colleagues Develop and implement the Standard Operating Procedures for the department
Develop and deliver training programs for all employees on all OSHA related rules and regulations
Head the Risk Management committee
Lead the entire Hotel with the L&D manager to ensure MO FLSSH&E principles are followed
Handel guests' concerns about safety and security
Train, support, and coach the entire security team
Create a climate providing motivation, participation and opportunities for colleague initiative
Maintain a high ethical standard the Security staff would emulate
Develop Emergency and evacuation Manual
Review and follow-up on all incident, loss and accident reports
Develop and train all colleagues in emergency procedure preparedness
Maintain liaison with local law enforcement agencies
Required Criteria:
Luxury Hotel experience
Senior School Qualification
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the same role
Good knowledge on computer system
Good organizational skills
Effective time management, communication and presentation skills
Ability to successfully motivate a team
Previous Middle East experience
