The Security Manager is responsible to apply effective and sustainable security programs that mitigate risk to our people, property, products, information, brands and reputation against threats. Evaluate existing framework of security policies, programs, and practices to ensure consistent execution and alignment with PepsiCo Global Security. Improve and promote employee security awareness through training. Build and maintain contacts with local authorities and other professional security organizations to benchmark and promote security best practices.
Bachelor's degree (minimum)
A minimum of 10 years experience in public and/or private sector with accountabilities and key measures listed above
Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly expanding business environment
Comprehensive substantive knowledge of best security practices, principles and objectives
Advanced, proven experience in security management, protective services, and law enforcement
Well-refined interpersonal skills
A working proficiency of written and spoken English,
