Position Description:
The Security Manager – China will be primarily responsible to support the sales teams to contribute to revenue stream by means of engagement with clients and brokers as well as active operational engagement with AIG Global Security team in order to develop business and products within China.
Principle responsibilities
Serves as the point of contact in China for all customer facing security related concerns, while working first hand with account managers and clients.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
At least 10 years experience with military, major law enforcement, intelligence, public or private sector security
Significant experience dealing across Chinese markets
Regional language capabilities a pre-requisite
Network of intelligence resources is a must
Extensive knowledge and understanding of current global geo-political activity, threat conditions, and government structures.
Able to work with limited supervision and resources - must have a ‘can do’ attitude
Analytical with good business acumen
Well developed communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Experienced at building relationships
