Description
The purpose of the RC Manager is to provide recommendations and comments for assessing and reporting intelligence related requirements. Contractor’s recommendations shall remain neutral to avoid any appearance of or real conflict of interest. Reporting Command Management support will encompass near-term intelligence support for USFOR-A and its Components and Coalition Partners to enhance USFOR-A’s ability to collect, process, analyze, and disseminate intelligence information during current and future operations. This support includes assisting in the coordination of planning, programming, development, scheduling and implementation of various intelligence support programs. It also includes providing analysis, recommendations, and comments on issues to assist in ensuring the development of current and future intelligence requirements. The Contractor shall designate in writing, a RC Manager who will be the primary technical and managerial interface with the Contracting Officer and COR, in each RC in which work will be performed. The RC Manager shall also serve as a working level employee included in the overall level of effort requirement. The RC Manager shall be required to be assigned at a work location designated by the Contracting Officer, currently the JCC-I/A Headquarters in Baghdad, Iraq and the PARC-Afghanistan (PARC-A) office in Bagram, Afghanistan. The RC Manager shall be available as necessary during all duty hours and have authority to meet with the Contracting Officer or COR to discuss and resolve contract matters. Requirements: This position requires a minimum 8 year’s experience working in Government environment as either Government or contractor employee. This position requires at least 2 years management experience including leading large complex projects or teams. This position requires experience in Iraq or Afghanistan.
