Junior Program Training Manager-Military/Security/Law Enforcement/Cyber IA/IT/Kingdom Saudi Arabia

Job description

The Program Manager will lead a team in the development, instruction, evaluation and assessment of structured training curriculum for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The PM will manage a series of classes over ~6 months with two instructors and 2 interpreters. Will also oversee the mentor who is in place for a year.

Experience supporting military or security organizations as a PM or Technical/Section Lead is a plus.

The Program Manager will be responsible for managing ta cyber training program for the Public Service Directorate (PSD) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Develop, update and track a project plan that describes the approach, schedule, organization, issues and risk, communications, scope, quality assurance and control, and deliverables.
Responsible for serving as a liaison between contractor team and KSA.
Provide full oversight of instruction and evaluation activities.
Prepare and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule, Program Status Reports, and document within the Data Accession List.
Handle relations between the US based team and The Kingdom to ensure that issues are resolved with sensitivity and cultural awareness

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/IT (or related field) Preferred and 4+ years related experience.

KSA experience supporting military or security organizations as PM or technical/section lead--something where he was managin
Experience in cybercrime, information assurance, or IT (network/system administration, etc.)
Experience in providing or managing training
Experience in providing or managing training to non-English speaking students
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
Any technical or security certification—CISSP, MCSE, Cisco, etc. a plus
