Conduct Maintenance Management Training to the Afghan Army and Police on Maintenance Systems, processes, and operations.
Conduct classroom and shoulder-to-shoulder maintenance training for in country vehicles and ground equipment utilizing an interpreter.
Be prepared to conduct Mobile Maintenance Training (MTT) to organizations that will require travel to various in country locations away from base regional sites.
Minimum Tangible Qualifications:
Five years senior level maintenance management experience maintaining commercial, non-standard and standard NATO military vehicles, ground equipments
One year mentoring experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Afghanistan in country experience
Previous experience training the Afghan Army and/or Police
Brigade or above Maintenance and Logistics experience
Maintenance experience on current Afghan Army and Police vehicles
