Your chartered course:
You will coordinate and control the implementation of security measures to protect guests and crew members, and implement the requirements of international regulations
You also compile security analyses and concepts for regions and institutions with particular security risks or significance
You will manage a team of up to nine employees
You will assist in security inspections on board, and conduct appropriate drills in close coordination with the Safety and Environmental Protection departments
You have to induct new crew members in security-related regulations
Your previous ports of call:
You have a degree in Security Management or an equivalent professional qualification from the police, army or comparable authority
You are a practitioner with professional and managerial experience in relevant security fields, e.g. technical and staff monitoring and protection measures, de-escalation techniques and investigation management
You have international experience in security projects, ideally working with teams of different nationalities
You have a very good knowledge of English and are proficient in the use of MS Office
You also stand out thanks to your decisiveness, assertiveness and strong communication skills
