Regional Safety & Security Manager

We are looking for a qualified professional to take a position of Regional Safety & Security Manager.
The main task for you will be to assist, advice and provide Safety and Security related expertise to IKEA Centres Russia, in particular support and assist Unit Managers, Security Responsible with implementation and maintenance of the IKEA Safety and Security standards, training & development.

Security responsibilities:
Strive to maintain secure and safe environment at the Properties and keep strong security fundament in prevention of crime and damage to all company's assets, as well as people, in particular employees, customers, suppliers, tenants.
Improve and enforce efficiency and effectiveness in security related processes, including developing and implementing best practices;
Monitor and analyze all safety and security-related information and tendencies in the Region, produce regular safety and security reviews and take proper actions;
Ensure that Safety and security related guiding documents such as Laws of Russian Federation and IKEA Group Risk Manual are implemented in the organization according to the Region assigned;
Participate/conduct Annual Sec Checks and other necessary activities;
Maintain continuous overview for safety and security activity in the region assigned; analyze and aggregate unit related information, perform follow-up actions and regular reports on these actions;
Assist units in conducting of regular risk assessments and timely updating of their Emergency Response and Business Continuity Plans;
Participate in tenders for purchasing of security services for units within the Region; keep close cooperation with Guard Companies Management in Regions, take part in training/education of MEGA Guard units’ Leadership and organize quarterly evaluation of their performance;
Keep close cooperation with Tenant’s security functions in Regions with concentration on MAJOR tenants;
Support units in solving Incidents and proper reporting thereof;
Act as back up for other region during respective Regional S&S Manager absence;
Ensure that units’ security responsible staff has the right knowledge and competence and are trained to perform their job duties in accordance with established company’s steering documents and other internal company’s policies, rules and manuals.
Requirements:

Ability to travel up to 75% of working time;
Security/Safety related education and/or minimum 3 years practical working experience;
Working experience in IKEA unit would be beneficial;
Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment;
Upper-intermediate English and Russian skills verbally and in writing;
Advanced user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio);
Advanced facilitation, communication and influencing skills;
Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential matters;
Decisiveness in every aspect of conduct and completely objectiveness while looking on an array of facts.
