Physical & Distribution Security Manager , Mexico

Purpose

Implement and deploy the Security Management Program, support security areas that include People, Operations, Distribution, Facilities, Company campaigns and visitors in the Guadalajara Factory. Reduce the robbery incidents of primary supply chain nation widow due to the unsafe environment in Mexico. Design and implement security strategies to improve security operations, regarding to prevention, training, supervision, engagement whit internal and external stakeholders, law enforcement, private sector, and security organizations.

Principal Accountabilities:
Leadership Manage the Security organization and core activities to continuously improve Security performance, by setting objectives, defining strategies, plans, initiatives, communications and trainings, to ensure compliance/consistency with global and local Security/EHS&S policy, standards, systems and core values, and to improve asset protection with incident and emergency management and reporting to achieve Company Security goals and key performance indicators.
Risk Management Lead security and loss investigations, including Supply Chain area by providing appropriate feedback including, breach of security protocols, thefts, assaults, robberies, workplace violence, and identify and propose security corrective and innovative actions, as physical security, processes, equipment's and lead implementation, once approved, in order to achieve company principle and practices compliance and prevent future incidents.
Customer Service & Performance Improvement Provide expert information, tools and support based on analysis, trends, regulations, guidelines, best practices and global policies to help the assigned PM entity improve their Security performance. Identify and highlight potential risks/exposures to local management and business operation ensuring that qualitative analysis of the risk management plan is prepared and implemented. Support other departments to set specific objectives and action plans and monitor key Security performance indicators, to achieve company set objectives and provide secure environment
Emergency Management Manage the full implementation and supervise training of Emergency Procedures (EP) in order to assure that security and emergency response plans are appropriate to the level of risk and meet the mandatory Company requirements of Security and Emergency Response Standards and applicable regulations.
Customer Service & Performance Improvement Perform regular and add hoc Security risk assessment of facilities, e.g. factory, offices, warehouses, depots or processes e.g. primary & secondary distribution, and ad hoc internal & external business events, and commercial/marketing external events, and coordinate perform functional assessments and audits on Security at the affiliate, by identifying and solving Security issues, communicate learning's and best practice, in order to generate buy-in from collaborating business departments, to enhance EHS&S awareness and avoid any kind of risk negligence
Customer Service & Performance Improvement Establish and maintain Special Situation Management at the affiliate and act as SSMS coordinator, by training and keeping the local management updated, providing support to business levels including post-incident investigation and root cause analysis, in order to maintain preparedness of the involved stakeholders and management.

Work experience:

6 years experience working on multicultural environment, on Corporate Security, Logistics, Operations, EHS. Design security programs, strategies, on personnel, physical security, distribution on FMGC or similar, electronic, CCTV, access controls, monitoring center, low enforcement networking, military or public servant experience desirable.
