Our client, a leading, certified and well established company providing a broad range of specialized services such as Security Services, Facilities Management, Cash services, Investigation and Verification services etc. is looking to hire a smart, energetic and proactive individual to work as a Manager for their Security Division in Dubai.
Effective management of business development function
Identifying new business opportunities in the regions sphere of operations, as well as in terms of growth of business with existing customers, driven by the promotion of integrated security solutions
Provide input as to changing market conditions so as to assist with marketing strategy.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the competitor environment faced by the business unit.
Development of sales strategy specific to the region, through analysis of the units business profile, products and services available / required, existing customer base, resources and competitors.
Arrange and conduct meetings with new and existing business prospects, in conjunction with operational management where appropriate, to market Security Solutions.
Conduct / arrange site surveys to identify risks and develop appropriate solution to meet customer needs.
Prepare and submit sales proposals / tenders to prospective customers. Where necessary, prepare and conduct sales presentation
Effective management of the budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure
Manage relationship between actual results, budgets and forecasts
Initiate cost saving model and controls
Ensure that the planned profitability of all services is realized by utilizing sound financial management principles and continual review of appropriate management information reports (e.g., Profit & Loss, Job Profitability, budgeting, collections, etc.).
Manage the Regions cash flow
Targeted growth is achieved with existing Revenue
Effective management staff within operational business unit
Staff turnover analysis, proper allocation of staff to positions and structure.
Ensuring that acceptable standards of behaviour at work are maintained by all subordinate employees, as required by clients code of ethics
Ensuring that all disciplinary actions are conducted in compliance with Company policies and procedures
Effective management of operations
Client retention and customer service levels. Ensuring that all required formal customer meeting are scheduled, attended
Quality Management-adherence to quality standard
Candidate profile: Qualifications & Experience
University Degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 5 years experience in security management
Prior experience independently managing all aspects of a business enterprise.
Experience managing a unionized workforce
Valid UAE Drivers License
Basic financial skills
Awareness of the market environment
Communication (Written and Verbal)
