Job description: 
We are looking to recruit Enforcement Agents in all London areas
This is an opportunity to develop a successful career as a certificated enforcement agent, through City & Guilds accredited training and real-life experience learning from a dedicated mentor.
Robust 12 week PAID training programme  no exam, but you will be continually assessed both in the class room and on-the-street shadowing of experienced agents.
An ideal second career for Ex Military/Ex Police personnel or those with an SIA door supervisor license. Women are under-represented and are encouraged to apply.
You will be working for one of the UKs largest judicial services group, with 2,000 employees and agents processing over 1 million cases each year.
Expected average earnings in the region of £45,000pa.
This employment is operating on a self-employed basis planning own daily schedule form work allocated by the Group Company.
Use of a van is available during training at no cost. You will be able to lease the van once certified at a cost of £85 per week; servicing, tax and insurance all included.
Laptop & tablet and security camera are provided at no cost.

Candidate profile: The role:

To visit defaulters at the addresses stated on warrants to obtain payment, execute warrants, make enquiries to trace the whereabouts of absconders or seize goods to the value of the warrant for sale at auction.

Enforcement Agents are not office-based. You will plan, organise and manage your own workload.
No formal qualifications are needed however a sound level of education is required. Full training is provided to those who have no previous experience.

You must be able to use your initiative to resolve problems.

You must be comfortable working alongside police and other agencies

Successful applicants must gain satisfactory clearance from the Criminal Records Bureau.
You must hold a full driving licence

You will need to demonstrate self-motivation and the capacity to work alone or in a team.

Have good communication and negotiating skills, with a calm manner in pressure situations and an unbiased attitude towards individual circumstances

Good administration skills; comfortable with working on a tablet and laptop.

Have a flexible approach to working hours, as you will be required to work early mornings, evenings and weekends
