Responsibilities:
To handle daily operations of Security Firm.
To supervise security guards and monitor their working performance to ensure quality security service can be delivered to clients.
To maintain standards of discipline among all security guards in accordance with the Company’s disciplinary practice.
To handle manpower planning and fulfill contract requirement to satisfy clients’ need.
To liaise with clients for relationship building and closely follow-up.
Requirement
Minimum 5 years’ operational experience in security and guarding service industry is preferable including 2 years’ experience in supervisory level.
Possessing valid Security Personnel Permit and driving license Class 1
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
High level of integrity, strong leadership, good interpersonal, communication and team building skills
