Armed Security Guard (ASG) 

Perform internal guard services to include but not limited to, vehicle and personnel entry control points (ECP), perimeter towers, internal roving patrols and armed and unarmed escort guard services. Armed Guards shall possess the following qualifications:

a. Minimum 25 years of age.
b. Shall be a Citizen of the United States and possess an active SECRET clearance. Contractor personnel will have access to classified information only at a Government facility and, thus, the contractor would not be responsible for storing or processing classified information.
c. Able to don all required personal protective gear and physically execute assigned duties.
d. Guards shall be limited to a work week of not more than 72 hours per week.
e. Possess a military background with 5 or more years of combat arms experience, or possess a police background with 5 or more years of operational experience. NOTE: Five years of service may be documented via DD214, Point Credit Summary Inquiry (PCARS), or Retirement Points Accounting System (RPAS). Guard and Reserve service may count based upon actual time on duty (i.e. days on actual duty during a service year).
f. Guards may be male or female.
g. Shall be qualified on primary weapon e.g. Calibers 9mm, 5.56mm, 7.62mm. Contractor personnel shall have the ability to become properly trained and qualified on any Non-Lethal Weapons (NLW) that is recommended by the coalition forces. Any special weapons qualifications will be defined by COR. Perform unarmed Screener duties by searching visitors, their vehicles, and their belongings. Screeners shall be proficient at utilizing a hand-held metal detectors, walk-through metal detectors, and high throughput personnel inspection systems (Rapid Scan). Female screeners shall be available to search females as male screeners shall be available to search males.
h. Able to perform internal security guard services, at any potential internal security posting, for up to 12 hours, often in austere conditions to include extreme heat, cold, wind, dust, rain or snow.
i. Fluent in English


Armed Security Guard (ASG

Perform internal guard services to include but not limited to, vehicle and personnel at the Ammunition Supply Point (ASP), internal roving patrols and armed and unarmed escort guard services for this requirement. Armed Guards shall possess the following qualifications:

a. Minimum 25 years of age.
b. Shall be a citizen of the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, or Canada (FVEY EXPAT).
c. Shall be a FVEY Expatriate with active Secret clearance including appropriate National Agency Check (NAC), National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLAC) and other required background or security checks and/or inquiries.
d. Shall be fluent in conversational English. Able to read and write in English
e. Able to don all required personal protective gear.
f. Guards shall be limited to a workweek of not more than 72 hours per week.
g. Possess a Military/Police background or have equivalent training.
h. Guards may be male or female.
i. Shall be qualified on primary weapon e.g. Calibers 9mm, 5.56mm,7.62mm. Contractor personnel shall have the ability to become properly trained and qualified on any Non-Lethal Weapons (NLW) that is recommended by the coalition forces. The COR will define the any special weapons qualifications.

Shift supervisors are responsible for an entire internal security shift. Shift supervisors shall possess the following qualifications:

a. Minimum 25 years of age.
b. Shall be a Citizen of the United States and possess an active SECRET clearance. Contractor personnel will have access to classified information only at a Government facility and, thus, the contractor would not be responsible for storing or processing classified information.
c. Able to don all required personal protective gear and physically execute assigned duties.
d. Shall possess at least one year experience in managing/supervising security guard operations.
e. Possess a military background with 5 or more years of combat arms experience, or possess a police background with 5 or more years of operational experience. NOTE: Five years of service may be documented via DD214, Point Credit Summary Inquiry (PCARS), or Retirement Points Accounting System (RPAS). Guard and Reserve service may count based upon actual time on duty (i.e. days on actual duty during a service year).
f. Shall be qualified on primary weapon e.g. Calibers 9mm, 5.56mm, 7.62mm. Any special weapons qualifications will be defined by the COR.

Shift Supervisor (Armed) 

Supervises all guard team supervisors. Shift supervisors are responsible for an entire internal security shift. Shift supervisors shall possess the following qualifications:

a. Minimum 25 years of age.
b. Shall be fluent in conversational English. Shall have the ability to read and write in English.
c. Shall be a Citizen of the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, or Canada (FVEY EXPAT)/NATO.
d. Must possess at least one year experience in managing/supervising security guard operations.
e. Possess a Military/Police background or have equivalent training.
f. Shall be qualified on primary weapon e.g. Calibers 9mm, 5.56mm, 7.62mm. The COR will define any special weapons qualifications.
g. Able to perform internal security guard services, at any potential internal security posting for up to 12 hours, often in austere conditions to include extreme heat, cold, wind, dust, rain or snow, while donning all required personal protective gear.
h. Shift supervisors shall be limited to a workweek of not more than 72 hours per week.


BDOC Operations Officer (Armed) 

The Operations Officer shall staff the BDOC continuously. The Operations Officer reports to Site Manager. Operations Officers are the operational interface to the site BDOC. Operations Officers shall possess the following qualifications:

a. Minimum 25 years of age.
b. Shall be a Citizen of the United States and possess an active SECRET clearance. Contractor personnel will have access to classified information only at a Government facility and, thus, the contractor would not be responsible for storing or processing classified information.
c. Able to don all required personal protective gear and physically execute assigned duties.
d. Possess a military background with 5 or more years of combat arms experience, or possess a police background with 5 or more years of operational experience. NOTE: Five years of service may be documented via DD214, Point Credit Summary Inquiry (PCARS), or Retirement Points Accounting System (RPAS). Guard and Reserve service may count based upon actual time on duty (i.e. days on actual duty during a service year).

Operations Officer (Armed) 
Operations Officers are primarily responsible for operating and maintaining Force Protection technologies at the discretion of the sector OIC. Responsible for day-to-day guard service operations and training of all guard force personnel. The Operations Officer will report to the Site Manager. Operations Officers shall possess the following qualifications:

a. Shall be fluent in conversational English. Able to read and write in English.
b. Shall be a Citizen of the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, or Canada (FVEY EXPAT)/NATO.
c. Possess a Military/Police background (under honorable discharge/conditions) or have equivalent training.
d. Shall be qualified on primary weapon e.g. Calibers 9mm, 5.56mm, 7.62mm. The COR will define any special weapons qualifications.


Logistician (Armed) 

The logistician shall be on site a minimum of 12 hours per day as coordinated with the Site Manager and COR and shall be responsible for all contractor property, equipment, vehicles and Government furnished property.

a. Minimum 25 years of age.
b. Shall be a Citizen of the United States and possess an active SECRET clearance. Contractor personnel will have access to classified information only at a Government facility and, thus, the contractor would not be responsible for storing or processing classified information.
c. Able to don all required personal protective gear and physically execute assigned duties.
d. Possess a military background with 5 or more years of combat arms experience, or possess a police background with 5 or more years of operational experience. NOTE: Five years of service may be documented via DD214, Point Credit Summary Inquiry (PCARS), or Retirement Points Accounting System (RPAS). Guard and Reserve service may count based upon actual time on duty (i.e. days on actual duty during a service year).
e. Logistician may be male or female.
f. Shall be qualified on primary weapon e.g. Calibers 9mm, 5.56mm, 7.62mm. Contractor personnel shall have the ability to become properly trained and qualified on any Non-Lethal Weapons (NLW) that is recommended by the coalition forces. Any special weapons qualifications will be defined by COR.

Site Manager (Armed).

Responsible for overall performance, shall be available 24 hours a day and shall be responsible for the scheduling and execution of the security force responsibilities and to interface with the COR as the direct representative of the Contractor. The Site Manager shall be on site a minimum of 12 hours per day as coordinated with COR and shall be responsible for the conduct of security operations 24 hours a day. The Site Manager shall be empowered to make and carry out management decisions. Site Managers shall possess the following qualifications:

a. Minimum 25 years of age.
b. Shall be a Citizen of the United States and possess an active SECRET clearance. Contractor personnel will have access to classified information only at a Government facility and, thus, the contractor would not be responsible for storing or processing classified information.
c. Able to don all required personal protective gear and physically execute assigned duties.
d. Possess a military background with 10 or more years of combat arms experience, or possess a police background with 10 or more years of operational experience. NOTE: Ten years of service may be documented via DD214, Point Credit Summary Inquiry (PCARS), or Retirement Points Accounting System (RPAS). Guard and Reserve service may count based upon actual time on duty (i.e. days on actual duty during a service year).
e. Shall possess at least three years’ experience managing/supervising security guard operations.
f. Shall be qualified on primary weapon e.g. Calibers 9mm, 5.56mm, 7.62mm. Any special weapons qualifications will be defined by COR.
g. Shall be fluent in English. Able to read and write in English.


Site Manager/Assistant Site Manager (Armed)

c. Possess a Military/Police background of not less than ten (10) years or equivalent training.
d. Shall possess at least three years’ experience managing/supervising security guard operations.
e. Shall be qualified on primary weapon e.g. Calibers 9mm, 5.56mm, 7.62mm. The COR will define any special weapons qualifications.
