Security Operations and Research Analyst

As Operations and Research Analyst, you will lead analytical support for security operations for World Vision (wvi.org) one of the world's largest INGO's dedicated to providing life in all its fullness to over 150 million sponsored children, their families and communities in over 90 countries worldwide. This role is instrumental for our organization's crisis and security program development, continuity and capturing learning for continuous improvement.. You will be responsible for conducting analysis that ensures end-to-end security capability and delivery to the field. You will also play a key part in shaping and influencing areas of organisational strategic risk and readiness while also providing an interface between the Office of Corporate Security and the wider humanitarian security research and analysis community.

Bachelors Degree in Security, Strategic, or International Studies, or related discipline
At least 7 years work experience in the professional security, policing or intelligence analysis arena
Proven effectiveness in establishing trusted relationships at senior levels and in gaining credibility and influence with senior decision makers.

Fluency in English, fluency in Spanish, French or Arabic is a big plus. What makes this a great job:
